Emma Newby

Emma is a qualified Solicitor and Licensed Conveyancer with more than 15 years conveyancing experience. Emma deals with a whole range of property matters but specialises in complex property transactions including newbuild purchase, plot sales, leasehold and shared ownership. Not only does Emma have significant expertise in dealing with all aspects of complex and newbuild purchase transactions she has a proactive approach which means she is consistently recommended to act on behalf of new home buyers by individuals, developers and house builders alike. Her reputation for providing a quality service is well known both locally in and around Leeds and Yorkshire, as well as nationally.

Gary McAuley

Gary is a qualified Solicitor with over 14 years experience in residential conveyancing. As well as property law, Gary has practised in litigation dealing with a varied caseload which included boundary disputes and breach of contract cases giving him a well-rounded approach to dealing with property transactions. Gary has a reputation for being pragmatic and down to earth. In the past this has been the foundation on which strong working relationships have been formed with not only his clients but also estate agents and mortgage brokers. Having personally handled thousands of house sales and purchases you can rest assured that you are in safe hands with Gary. Aneesa Amreen

Aneesa is a Solicitor at Lets Moving Conveyancing having undertaken a law degree and successfully completing her Legal Practice Course. She has been dealing with residential property transactions for the last five years.   

Aneesa prides herself on her excellent communication skills and likes to build a good relationship with all her clients. Buying or selling a property can be quite stressful for many clients and Aneesa works well under pressure and is committed ensuring that the service she provides is quick, friendly and efficient and that she is always available to take your call.  

Charlotte Thackray

Charlotte is a Conveyancer and has worked in conveyancing for nearly 25 years and has gained a great deal of experience initially dealing with plot sales for developers and more recently dealing with sale and purchase transactions. Charlotte has exceptional attention to detail which ensures that everything is carefully checked and in order for all her clients when buying or selling a property. She offers a no nonsense, sensible approach to conveyancing which allows your transaction to proceed efficiently and ensures that you will be given the best advice possible throughout your transaction. 

Heather Little

Heather is Head of New Business  and has worked in the Conveyancing industry for 17 years.  During that time, she has spoken to thousands of clients looking to sell, purchase or re-mortgage a property. She has a wealth of experience in Sales, Customer Service and Relationship/Panel Management. 

Within her current role, Heather is the first point of contact for potential clients and referrers, and she prides herself on providing clear and accurate information about our pricing and more importantly what to expect from our service and the moving process in general. People don’t buy or sell a house every day, so it is natural that they will have questions. Heather is on hand to provide as much help as she can – ensuring the process gets off to a good start and the client knows what to expect.  

Rebecca Jones

Rebecca is a Qualified Licensed Conveyancer and has a First Class Honours Degree and a Masters Degree in Law. She has worked in conveyancing for a number of years dealing with residential conveyancing matters. 

Rebecca provides a high quality, friendly, personal and efficient service to all her clients and is also always available to speak to clients to help guide them through the process and answer any questions they may have.

Deborah Thompson

Deborah is a legal assistant in the new build team and has worked in conveyancing for over 25 years.   Deborah has helped many clients move into their new homes over the years.  Deborah likes to focus on ensuring that contracts are exchanged within any deadline set and will ensure that completion goes smoothly for all clients buying a property. She is always available to help and guide clients through the process and offers a friendly and efficient service. 

Fiona Murgatroyd

Fiona is a Legal Assistant dealing with mainly new build properties.  She has worked in conveyancing for over 10 years. Fiona is helpful and knowledgeable in relation to all aspects of the process of buying a new property from a developer. Fiona will ensure that you are updated every step of the way.  Often developers will set strict exchange and completion deadlines and Fiona is committed to working hard to help all our clients achieve any deadlines for exchange and completion.        

Gillian Wrigglesworth

Gill is a Legal Assistant who has worked in conveyancing for more than 10 years.  Gill offers a warm and friendly greeting to all our clients and is keen to help guide them through the process. She ensures all clients, agents and brokers are regularly updated on the progress of their transaction. She enjoys building a rapport and relationships with clients. 

Janet Harrison

Janet is a Legal Assistant and has worked in Conveyancing for many years helping many clients with their sale and purchase transactions.  Janet has excellent knowledge of the conveyancing process and is extremely conscientious and hard working. She is committed to providing excellent communication and updates for all our clients and is very patient and understanding at what can be a very stressful time for anyone moving home. 

Karen Pollitt

Karen has been a legal cashier for the last 10 years.  Karen is vital to ensuring that your sale or purchase monies are sent and received as quickly as possible in order to ensure that there are no delays on completion of your transaction.    

Karen likes to ensure everything is well organised in advance and works alongside the conveyancing team to ensure that all completions are prioritised to allow clients to move into their new homes as quickly as possible on the day of completion.

Rachel is an experienced Conveyancer who has worked in conveyancing for over 25 years and throughout that time has established an excellent reputation in the industry.  Rachel constantly receives recommendations from individuals and businesses who she has worked with as a result of the quality of her legal work and excellent communication skills which means everyone is kept up to date throughout the process.

Vicky Buchanan

Vicky is a Legal Assistant and has worked in conveyancing since 2006.  She is always the friendly voice at the end of the phone working with all our clients to help guide them through the process and make sure they are fully up to date as to what is happening with their property transaction.  Vicky has lots of experience and is able to form excellent relationships with our clients particularly at key stages of the transaction including exchange of contracts and completion.
