Do I Need to send you a copy of my mortgage offer?

We do not usually need you to send us a copy of your mortgage offer. If you have provided our details to your mortgage lender and/or mortgage broker, we will get a copy directly from them at the same time you get yours. The copy we receive will usually have additional information and documents for you to sign.

How soon will my mortgage offer be issued?

This will depend upon what information has been supplied to your mortgage lender and/or mortgage broker. We do not usually get any information from the mortgage lender until the offer has been issued. You would therefore need to speak to your mortgage lender and/or mortgage broker directly as they should be able to give you an estimate as to how quickly you will receive an offer.

Who requests the mortgage money from the mortgage lender?

We would request the mortgage money from your lender on your behalf and you do not need to do anything for this to happen. This would usually be done once a completion date has been agreed

When will my mortgage lender release the funds?

Once the mortgage lender receives confirmation of the completion date, they will arrange to send the mortgage funds directly to your Conveyancer. We would always ask for the monies to arrive in our bank account the day before legal completion is due to take place to ensure there are no delays with you getting your keys on the day of completion.
